Ingredients

  • For the dough (makes 4 crusts)
  • For the toppings

Steps

  1. Wake up the yeast. In a bowl, combine the warm water, sugar and yeast. Let it sit 5 minutes until bubbly.
  2. Make the dough. Add the oil and salt, then the flour a little at a time, and mix for 5 minutes. Add more flour if it's sticky or a little oil if it's dry.
  3. Rise. Cover and let it rise 30 minutes. Heat the oven to 500°F.
  4. Shape. Divide the dough into 4 pieces. On a lightly floured counter, roll each into a circle and set it on a baking sheet.
  5. Top. Brush the crust with olive oil, poke it all over with a fork, then add the buffalo sauce, chicken, onion, celery, gouda, mozzarella and blue cheese.
  6. Bake at 500°F for 10 to 12 minutes. Finish with cilantro and a drizzle of ranch.

Notes

The dough makes 4 crusts. The recipe doesn't say whether the toppings cover one pizza or all four, so plan extra toppings if you're making all of them.
