Ingredients: 40 oz Johnny's Seasoning Salt (2 1/2 lb); 16 oz garlic salt (1 lb); 16 oz steak seasoning (1 lb); 16 oz cajun seasoning (1 lb); 8 oz white pepper; 8 oz cayenne pepper; 8 oz paprika; 4 oz chili powder; 2 oz oregano

A big-batch, all-purpose seasoning blend built on Johnny's, steak seasoning, cajun and garlic salt, with a kick of cayenne and white pepper. Measured by weight.

Steps

Weigh each seasoning on a kitchen scale (16 oz is 1 lb).
Mix everything together in a large bowl or bin until the color is even all the way through.
Store in airtight containers or shakers away from heat and light.

Notes

Makes about 7 1/2 lb (118 oz).

Amounts are by weight, not cups.
